Accommodation Options

At Tees Valley YMCA we are proud to offer high-quality supported accommodation to young people in times of need. The units have been designed to make the most of the space available, creating a bright and vibrant atmosphere for residents to feel safe and to engage enabling the move on to successful independent living.

Our accommodation consists of:

9 self-contained flats, with kitchen and bathroom.

14 Communal flats, each with their own living space, bathroom and shared kitchen.

2 one-bedroom flats with their own front door.

In addition to this, we also have a floating support service delivered via Humankind which has a number of dispersed units in the community.

Anyone entering the independent living skills programme will have ongoing support from a dedicated housing support worker and access to local authority housing, as well as private rents when the time comes to move on.
